§2 Shipping and delivery
Available items will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. With the dispatch of your order a bill of sale comes about in the extent of your order, under validity of these „general terms and conditions“. We deliver basically by DHL to your house address. A delivery to a post office box or general delivery is not possible. There is no minimum order value.
The total delivery costs are indicated in each case, depending on the selected type of dispatch, in the shopping cart. Deliveries abroad occur only by payment in advance or credit card. By deliveries abroad the really resulting forwarding expenses are calculated. §3 Subsequent delivery
If we supply partial remains later within , you receive this freely of postage and freely of packing charges, possible postage as for example the COD charge is immediately drawn off from the invoice amount.

At the moment customers from abroad are only supplied against payment in advance or credit card. For paying in advance you please transfer the invoice amount under information of your invoice number to the following account:

§5 Reservation of proprietary
In all cases the product remains our property until we received the entire payment.
§6 Prices
The quoted prices are in EUR, incl. value added tax without delivery costs. The prices are non-committal in every regard. We reserve ourselves delivery facilities, price changes, model changes, colour changes in the course of the product development as well as mistakes. Typos cannot be excluded as well.
§7 Warranty
The legal requirements are valid for your order; therefore you as a customer are entitled to require cure by either rectification or replacement in case of bad workmanship or bad delivery.
Provided that unreasonably high costs originated with the subsequent performance variation selected by you, we are entitled to reject this and to choose the other variation, provided that this is not connected also with unreasonably high costs.
The warranty period amounts according to law two years from handing over the product to you as our customer. Please, pay attention to informing us of an appearing lack immediately in written form; this always includes the original invoice, too.
§8 Liability
We exclude our liability for slightly careless breach of duty, provided that these affect no contract-essential duties, damages from the injury of life, body or health, or guarantees or claims are touched according to the Product Liability Act. Same is valid for breach of duty of our assistants.
§9 Claims
Please complain mistakes immediately after discover and directly to our staff. You are able to do this in written form (via fax or e-mail) or directly with our staff.
IMPORTANT: To process complaints we need the invoice. Our suppliers can only process complaint treatments for clean non-dirty articles or repair them!
§10 Availability
We are available best of all during the working hours of Mo. - Fr from 09:00 to 18:00 o'clock and Saturday of from 09:00 to 13:00 o'clock.
§11 Returns
For returns within please read §12! Returns from abroad can only be accepted "freely" - that is the postage is to be carried by the sender! Please put down the return reason at the back of the invoice, this enables us to remove weak points and to improve ourselves.
§12 Withdrawal instruction
Any customer has the right to revoke his / her contractual statement without stating reasons, within 1 month of receipt of this instruction, in written form, (e.g. Letter, e-mail, fax), or by returning the goods. Recant is to be directed to:

To keep delivery costs as low as possible for both parties, please inform us about your revocation in advance directly by phone (+49-4630-1232) or E-Mail (info@biker-outfit.de). Then we will arrange the most convenient way for sending back your goods!
Cancellation consequences
Should you only be able to reimburse the received benefits partly, or just in degraded condition, a compensation of value has to be accomplished. This does not count with the surrender of goods, if the degradation is exclusively based on their inspection- as it would be possible in a retail shop.
For the rest, you can avoid any value obligation to indemnify, if you do not take the goods in use like your property and omit from everything that impairs their value. Transportable package goods are to be sent back. Goods that can not be transported by package are fetched with you.
Obligations regarding the allowance of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after sending your cancellation explanation.
The respite begins for you with sending your cancellation explanation or the goods; for us with their receipt.

§13 Privacy Policies
For processing your order necessary data are stored by us. We transmit this if necessary within the scope of the order processing to enterprise companies on this occasion with us. All personal data are treated of course confidentially.
For the purpose of credit assessment we maintain a data exchange with other service enterprises and if necessary with the SCHUFA (German credit control).
Besides, your protective-worthy interests are considered by us.
IMPORTANT: If your data is stored with us, you will receive our special prospectuses, invitations and announcements. If you do not wish this any more, inform us about this please at the above address; then we will immediately refrain from other mailings.
§14 Governing law
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with German law and the German courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
§15 Severability clause
If a provision of this agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:
- the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this agreement; or
- the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement.
